This is only true if he doesn't attend any other 250 tournament
in the rest of the year. He has already attended two this year,
which filled the quota. If he attends any more, I can only say

Top 10 players need to attend 2 ATP250 events per year or there
will be a 0 pointer penalty carrying forward.
