偶问过你两次他"kill" 4.5的录像你要不要，偶现在假设你还有些兴趣。
这个是MP迎战某著名4.5 mid. 在片中3个games MP获得全胜，虽然这一盘最终他
还输了。如果你看完仍然觉得他的打法会被4.0暴力男打爆，那么现在确实是时候
你录一下自己或者你们那里的4.0看了。

也是很多大学球员拉底线的基本功。
我以前练多球的时候，是有两个呼啦圈（一个直线，一个斜线）放在离网带高一米的地
方，要求必须从圈里穿过，下面过得都算丢分。。。
要想让球落在底线以内一米左右，两尺不算高，或者说太矮了，因为我的正常球速大概
也就40迈。。。
记得TT上有个online算轨迹的小程序，基本上要到8/90迈的球，才能拉上旋到底线附近
两尺左右的地方。。。

这是保证底线球深度和安全的基本功。

6 feet then that could be interesting.
I think your issue is not knowing the real difference between 4.0 and 4.5.
When I was doing well in 4.0 (won a major zone of 7 round and got into the
final of the other major zone, plus winning some smaller events) I thought
I could hang or put up a good fight against 4.5. Results really surprised me
, had to go back to work on basics. You are only looking at the strokes on
paper, you are forgetting the mental, anticipation, footworks focus etc.
Which puzzles me, do you play any sports seriously?
For all the 4.0 working to become 4.5. I would suggest to work on prepare
early, stay loose instead trying to hit super hard. Oh and anticipate, those
are the key ingredients.

you a short short or get him off the court. In practice, we want to focus on
preparation, foot works, contact, timing etc. So having a good consistent
rhythm where the ball doesn't jump over your should all the time is more
productive.

又高又深的球，才不好吊小球，而且如果能跑到，对付小球办法太多了，一个多两尺的
网基本上只是block了一些很冒险的option。。。
这么说吧，从高往低打，要的就是稳定，基本上压倒一切，因为概率上说，一定要赢的
，只要不自己急着丢球就行，所以小面的设定是在帮忙。。。
如果从低打上高去，要拼，要得就是让对方害怕，所以要牺牲一些稳定性来增加穿透性
。。。
当然，小面的设定就是4.5是个刷球男，4.0恰好是暴力男，所以我说100%。。。遇到4.
0的judy大概是work的，遇到ak就残了。。。

pathology specialist who loves tennis. One day, she came up to me and told
me that she found her dream job and is quitting her current job. And her new
job was a cashier at a public tennis club.... She then got the USTA
teaching certification and is now a tennis coach. She's a woman's 5.0 level.

company asked her to be on their advice board... she had a long thought
about it, and decided to stick with teaching tennis.
I forgot to mention that her husband is a lawyer now a judge... so that
really helps too. :)

player, although not fight in single, I felt from my guts, I will be kicked
