对手power的确太厉害了，正手几乎所有的shot都全力dip drive，又低又有spin，他正
手inside out家常便饭，inside in也非常厉害。他周日不在状态，昨晚又跟他打了场
，他的正手和反手几乎没有unforced error，最后被他送了两根油条，一个大饼。我另
一4.0球友在旁边打，看我们rally得好激烈，一问比分非常惊讶。
另外，此人才学球两三年，大学毕业才学的网球，以前是打baseball的。

的split step，争取跑到位，一有相对短些的球就要attack，可惜我forehand outside
in都出了边线。另外我的跑位不太好，正反手球经常离身体太近。 |

发帖数: 3845 | 21 Thanks. Lately I couldn't get enough pop from my first serve. My 2nd serve
has improved this year though. Last time when I played indoor, I was praised
by a 4.5+ about my 2nd serve. :) But outdoor, I just couldn't get enough
mph from my 1st serve.

have to tweak your grip before 1st service. You make want to turn in
slightly. Make sure it makes a very crisp, short "pa" sound. Not too much
contact or guiding the ball after contact. Transfer weight, transfer....

backhand eastern (a little off continental) for the first serve.

动作。目前对手的正手明显更有pace |

对手正手的pace是我遇到的所有球友，包括版上碰到的所有球友中pace最强的，最暴力
的，而且他正手几乎没有过渡球，什么球他都attack。正手insideout 打得特好，角度
很大。正手dip drive很flat的过来又往前冲，所以很难跑到位，很难有充足时间setup
,经常swing完了。

楼主看上去，身材也不错， 177cm，166磅，也还不错的。我是178cm，刚刚从185磅降
到179，座机这一周，停在了179. 我如果能见到175，就很满意了。等到了175磅，看看
还能否减到170. 估计困难不小的。
另外，楼主的形态和神态，以及打球姿势，都非常像我在外州的一个好朋友。在没有看
到你在NJ之前，我就想，你是不是我的那个好友啊。

坚果，牛肉干，西瓜吃得太多，每次吃完睡觉前一秤体重就后悔了:)。

His forehand is very powerful. He mentioned to me that he does a full unit
turn, and just snap it. I think his racquet face is more closed. The
trajectory of his forehand is always low net clearance, that's why he can
hit wide angled inside out forehand with ease. As I mentioned, one night
when his forehand/backhand is 100% on, I was totally crushed by him.

towards eastern. I tired to keep my arm loose, toss high up front, wow, i
did feel my first service speed improved over the last 3 matches. Still
takes a few more matches to settle down.
Thanks again for your suggestion.
btw, my mgpp is 16*19. Today i used weiss cannon scorpion 17 at 47lbs main,
gosen micro sheep 17 at 53 lbs cross. it feels ver6 crisp and a lot of
control.

thought I have is, maybe wrong, Prestige series rackets are good for a full
swing, tha is "L6" means. However your swing is a modern compact type swing,
that is probably why you aren't geneating a lots of power, but able to
counter punch balls back, I would suggest you try the radical series rackets
, which are good for your type swing, you may find lost of control at the
beginnnig, however with tighter string, it should solve it.
SO, I am suggesting you buy more rackets! ^_^ |

currently injury free with this racquet and can give young guys almost my
half age a good game. I think this microgel prestige pro is perfect for me.
I do prefer a full swing. it's just if incoming ball is too quick, i am out
