greatest tennis player ever, not Roger Federer.
Agassi made the comments in an interview with Singapore newspaper Straits
Times, saying Nadal's achievements are more impressive because he has had to
deal with tougher opponents.
Federer has 17 Grand Slam titles to Nadal's 13, although the Spaniard leads
his Swiss rival 23-10 in head-to-head meetings.
Agassi is quoted as saying that "I'd put Nadal No. 1, Federer No. 2," adding
that "it's just remarkable to me what he has done, and he has done it all
during Federer's prime."
The former No. 1 says "Nadal had to deal with Federer, (Novak) Djokovic, (
Andy) Murray in the golden age of tennis. He has done what he has done and

要不是爱国心强，要不是稳定男，四哥也爱国，纳豆每年花在戴杯上的精力，也能帮他
多拿几个大满贯呢。。。
为戴杯作战而受伤的运动员不在少数，比方说阿桑，曾被抬出场外，老德曾被美国场地
扭伤过脚，缠着绷带打大满贯，纳豆的膝盖更不用提了。。。某个运动员只在其运动生
涯的晚期才帮助本队夺冠一次，此前要么千呼万唤不出来，要么出工不出力，因此还被
四蛋狠批。。。

某人凭自己年纪大比其他选手多打几次比赛而已。

Stanislas Wawrinka tells sport.ch that while he understands his compatriot
Roger Federer’s decision not to play Switzerland’s 2013 first-round Davis
Cup tie against the Czech Republic, he is disappointed.
The 31-year-old Federer recently said that if he chose to play Davis Cup
next year, he would have to drop more tournaments from his schedule. He will
already be skipping the Masters tournament in Miami, which begins in mid-
March.
“Roger has been saying for years that he wants to play the Davis Cup and it
is important, but that’s apparently not the case,” Wawrinka said.
“It’s a shame how he interprets things to suit his own opinion. Davis Cup
is not a priority for him at the moment.”
Federer did play two Davis Cup ties this year: Against the United States at
home in the first round of the World Group (a loss), and against the
Netherlands on the road in a World Group playoff (a win). |
