document.
I worked with Sam Wong. She is experienced with good cashback, but you need
to discuss the cashback rate BEFORE you work with her. Chen Jing is a new
realtor (at far as my contact with her), she is eager to get some biz so she
may offer very good cashback but I have no idea of her skills in price
negotiation.

这种拿回扣的要求真让人难以理解，但是似乎有不少人都在这么做。 |

and experienced agent who doesn't offer you cash back. As the price you can
control by yourself. But experienced agent can give you lots what you don't
know like house con structure, house condition, neighbors information.
