month. Save emergence money after close and even if emergence happen, credit
card balance transfer is waiting there to help you. You can also increase
the sell price and ask the seller to help pay some closing cost.

发帖数: 1372 | 10 等房子close了再做，有什么不好的。这就是我的应急储备金，万一有特殊情况发生，
现金当天就可以到户，平时也不用交利息，就是转的时候可能要损失3% 手续费。但这
种概率很低，好处是你心里不用担心。
