10月12日于糖城Pecan Park举行的picnic（与去年地点一样）。
正是在您的关注与支持下，建立于1992年的OCEF稳步成长。这个年度野餐会，是OCEF人
每年的重要活动，不仅老义工新义工欢聚一堂，也是对所有关心OCEF热心人士的感恩与
答谢。今年除了准备了美食、饮料、水果以外，还有迷你的Flea Market。如果您有闲
置的小物品，欢迎带到现场义卖（现场有标签机直接打印价格）。当天所有的门票及义
卖收入，都将捐赠给OCEF，用于助学。还记得去年的秋季野餐BBQ吗？当日收入的600美
元不仅在甘肃省陇南市徽县大河乡大石窑小学建立了一间图书馆，余款还用于2012年的
圣诞节，山西广灵香炉台小学的学生们很开心的收到了远方的大哥哥大姐姐们为他们准
备的圣诞礼物。

successful picnic.
The weather was not so nice, but we have over 120 people attending our event
, and many were first time friends. We'd like to use this opportunity to
say Thank You for your kind support and generous contribution. We are
grateful for many community and brotherhood associations for your help.
We are in the final stage for the financials for this picnic. We will
update periodically for financials, projects selection, and follow-ups. It
is our goal and commitment to bring Openness, Caring, Efficiency and Fun to
our community. Last year, we were able to help more than 200 kids in
bringing hope and perspectives, and this time we can achieve much more
thanks to your kind participation, support and service.
We are also grateful for many volunteers, and because of your long time
dedication, we can be an outstanding organization. The raffle prize and
charity sale items were donated among our board members and volunteers. We
still have many things to improve, but these cannot be achieved without our
volunteers who deserve our best ovations.
Last but not the least, we hope that you will enjoy our picnic, and find it
unique and beneficial for you and your family, for example, we created
coloring papers that convey the messages of loving and caring, which may
nurture character-building for your lovely kids.
Thank you all, and stay tuned for excitement and satisfaction, seeing the
changes you have made and hopes you have brought.
