The woman Juan Chen was visiting her daughter from China. She was sleeping
in her daughter's living room on Oct. 13 when she woke up at around 4 a.m.
to hear her daughter scream from the bedroom.
When the woman ran into the room, she says she came face to face with a man.
The woman pushed her daughter from the bed and placed herself in front of
the man.According to court documents, that man was Lee wallace Dontae Butler
, 26. Butler allegedly raped the mother.
Before he left, Butler allegedly stole $20 from the mother's purse.
According to court documents, Butler got into the apartment through an
unlocked window and left the same way.
