flop Qc2c3d, he over bet 56$, I am kind of confused, since his 3 bet range
is so narrow, probably AA or AK or QQ only( since I have KK).
I called, turn is 8c, he all in 284$( I got Kc) , I have to fold ...

you are holding KK, making him less likely holding a K.
your hand has very small equity against his out of position 3-bet range.

His overbet on the flop kind of suggests that he doesn't want to give you

odds to call for a flush draw.

if you indeed put him as a very tight guy(and not in a mixing style mode),
then a flop fold is tough but possible with his over bet.
he's telling you a story like this:
1) he's not afraid of that Q at all but may worry about flush draws. if he's
not
afraid of Q, then KK is just a little above;
2) he believes you have a strong hand, and your range is very narrow too
after the flop call;
3) his turn bet represents a AcX hand or QQ if he's indeed very tight.

bluff. I dont think he is over playing AQ. I'm still working on folding
this type of hands. I call way too often with hands when I know I'm beat.
a major leak for me.

allin on the turn? He thinks a flush draw wouldn't call his flop overbet at
all? Then why allin? If he has AA or QQ, shouldn't he continue betting some
amount to induce a call (and if gets rerasied, still can fold to a flush)?
I feel he has AcA, not AcQ or QQ or other AA.
