但是B说他应该可以分A的钱. 因为A all in的钱应该set aside.
我不知道这种说法成立吗?

player就会碰到B的这种情况，搞到后面被迫fold，所以开始就不敢call这个allin，即
使他已经有money in the pot。这些dead money提高了short stack allin的价值。

to have a hand to win that.
if a folded hand can still get some money, then maybe folded SB and BB
should get some back too, since they may have folded a royal flush, haha.

not sure if that's true for online poker.. shouldn't be because the
randomization should be done at the beginning.
