suprised WHAT a looooose caller could call this hand, and lost to my "ace
high", lol.

i think you might get pushed by worse here since you have a back door flush.
If stack is deep enough for bet, raise and reraise on river, i would be
careful.
As played i think you should push yourself all in on river and expect to get
called by a lot worse.
