and cost of the project would be dependent on the number and location of
casino licenses issued. Empire operates through a subsidiary, the nearby
Monticello Casino & Raceway.
— ALBANY-SARATOGA: Rivers Casino & Resort at Mohawk Harbor, Schenectady
County. By Capital Region Gaming. Investment: $300 million. Location:
Schenectady. The plan calls for more than 1,100 slot machines and a 150-room
hotel to be built on a formerly blighted riverfront site.
— FINGER LAKES-SOUTHERN TIER: Lago Resort & Casino, Seneca County. By
Wilmorite. Investment: $425 million. Location: Tyre, in the Finger Lakes.
The developers say they hope to operate 85 table games and 2,000 slot

喜。纽约的赌场不会抢生意。
赌场总得造 2-3 年，按新法律，造完后 7 年内不允许纽约市有赌场。也就是说再起码
等 10 年左右才有希望再谈。
