I also had three-year experience back to China. Just got a 40K offer. 40K~45K
is a reasonable range depending on where you will work. And th most important
thing is to find one now, and then you can switch to other companies later
with significantly higher salary.

Woring experience will help you get more interviews and possibly more offers,
but they will not necessarily give you a higher salary.
