Mr. Yang was present and addressed the Board. His application
had been denied for a deficiency of 8.25 hours in basic sciences.
He stated he has a Bachelors degree and a Masters degree from the
Dalian University of Technology in China. He also has a Masters
degree and a Ph.D. in civil engineering from the University of
British Columbia. He had passed the Fundamentals examination in
Washington State.

Also, I do not think the courses we took before are not enough. But rather,
ECEI multiple our credits by a factor of 0.6(?), which made it less than ECEI
required.
Are you interested in retaking some "basic science" UNDERGRADUATE course? I am
not. | P******n
