personal experience:
- Expenses, hotel & food in Paris is more than Italy
- Paris has so much to offer, grand, nice, more formal
- Things in Italy seem older with more history, casual, and more personable
- Italians are nice, willing to help, and better in English
- Cash is pretty much the only form of payment in Italy
Dos:
- Be ready with books and guides such as Rick Steves ... or Lonely Planet...
- Use your ATM card

而外国信用卡在自动售票机上又用不了的
这种情况下可以上网先买了自己打印

费。意大利就不知道了，应该有bnp或者deutsche分号吧？ |

这个不行。分行也不行。这两个银行只在法国和德国不收费。在意大利是要收费的。

来要先从柏林进了，取一大把欧元，再从罗马或者巴塞罗那出来。可惜立陶宛还不属于
欧元区，所以得在机场换了。

发帖数: 1058 | 11 fido网上有一句话不太明白，好像还要付1%，所以一直没申请这个卡。不知道是不是也
可以waive掉。
“Please note, there is a foreign transaction fee of one percent that is not
waived, which will be included in the amount charged to your account.”
