发帖数: 14 | 7 Lufthansa handles baggage claims for Air China. I found one outside the
Lufthansa office, and the other one inside a storage room after talking with
the staff in the office.
About half of the lobby is filled with suitcases, and there are suitcases
outside every air line office. The suitcases are sorted by air line and
color in the storage room and easy to find.
According to the Lufthansa staff, you can fax your info (name,tag#,flight#&
date,address,phone#...) to air china (718-751-2267), and then Lufthansa will
process the claim and send the baggage to you. It seems that they have all
the baggage there, and it is going to take a while to process all of them. |
