所以，希望出租度假屋，增加一些收入，来帮助支付度假别墅的开支。
度假别墅在宾州Mt Pocono山区高级别墅区内。距离纽约，费城不到两个小时。
拥有两个湖，四个游泳池，八个网球场，两个垒球场，两个bocce球场。
距离著名赌场Mt. Airy，Great Wolf水上乐园，Camel Beach水上乐园，
The Crossing Premier Outlets(比Woodbury更便宜，选择更多)仅十分钟。
众多探险，漂流，射击场，美国最大的水中溶洞Penn Cave，Crystal Cave,
滑雪场，众多马场，skirmish paint ball游戏战场都在30分钟车程内。
理想的周末度假圣地。
度假别墅有三个卧室。两个Queen Size Bed，一个Fullsize Bed，
一个Twinsize Bed，两个沙发。同时还有一个Fullsize Airbed。
可以很舒适地住七个人，最多可睡11人。
一个周末的租金300美元，如果住7人，平均每人分摊只要40美元。
如果住11人，平均每人分摊只要27美元。如果你是mitbbs的成员，
还可以得到10%的优惠。
全套厨房设备，包括微波炉，烤箱，烤面包机，咖啡炉等等。
别墅内有高速无线网，VCR，DVD，Blue-Ray，电视，无限

Do not rent this place, It is horrible.
I rented this place with a few friends from July 1st to July 5th and I have
to say that the best part about the trip was going home on july 5th, because
this house is disgustingly dirty, it reeked of human urine and was infested
with bugs. The owner is barely understandable, he blamed my dog for the
urine smell and said we destroyed his house when I called him to tell him
that his fridge was not working properly and half of our food spoiled. I
Would never go back to this place even for free. If you want a nice place in
poconos to relax and enjoy yourself do not rent this house and do not visit

我发现他的狗在沙发上撒尿。我就说他应当
把狗尿清洁掉。结果他很不乐意。就说我的坏话了。
我的教训就是不能租给带宠物的。宠物拉屎拉尿，
人控制不了。搬走时有问题就麻烦了。
我以前从来没有出租过。没有经验。
以后需要吸取教训。
