Trump在照顾难民上的观点是难民问题可以就近解决，美国可以提供援助并和中东国家
合作在附近地区设置安全区域安置难民，等ISIS被清理完，这些难民可以很快回到家乡
重建。这些难民不需要跋山涉水来到异乡，不需要学习新的语言和技术以融入当地生活
。美国也可以花费更少的费用在安置难民上，而且不会对本国安全造成威胁。多么有
common sense。爱心圣母也可以去中东地区献爱心，照顾难民，或者捐钱帮助难民安置
。算不算皆大欢喜？

by tens of thousands, and main stream English media treat those people as
collateral damage of whatever political alliance they attach themselves to,
there would not be shortage of US citizens, French citizen, Chinese citizen
who turn radical, like those who did the boston marathon bombing. |

you mean whoever gained citizenship through non-EB and marriage route (
partly), that would essentially mean majority of first generation of US
citizen (current and past) and their descendants. The US anti-interference
policy has been more than 60 years in making since world war II.
For current average citizens in US, all new comers belong to the group of "
random people who may be terrorists".

rank officials to personally take the responsibility to sign their names on
the documents of the refugees/potential terrorists they grant admission to
USA.
Now is the time to tell your friends, relatives, family, coworkers and
neighbors--every one you know to contact the senators to vote for it.
Once it passes the senate with 2/3 majority then Obama can not veto it.
Whoever brings a terrorist to this country will be personally responsible
for his action.
