WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) - President Donald Trump said he's open to raising
the federal tax on gasoline if the money raised is directed "toward the
highways," he said in an interview with Bloomberg. Republicans in Congress
have generally resisted a higher gas tax, but funding for highways has been
hurt in part by the use of more energy efficient vehicles. Car owners don't
need to buy as much gas to fill up. "Everything is a starting point," Trump
said about his proposal to cut taxes and reshape the U.S. tax code. |

非议的（实际上有一部份被分给公共交通以鼓励减少尾气排放）？如果你不愿意，可以
转公交或者和他人共乘。你使用道路你付钱，不使用就不付钱不是很正常的么？近年由
于电动汽车增加，收上来的汽油税不够了，因此有几个选择，一，增加汽油税，由使用
普通汽车的人给使用电动汽车的人买单，鼓励电动汽车的使用；二，公平原则，征收电
动车税；三，减少新道路修建，推迟现有道路维护，就是省着点花（目前就是这样的）。
这和川普目前的减税一点关系都搭不上。建议你们去看看Highway Trust Fund的相关信
息。 |
