refuses to fund it." After 17 years, Congress is still funding it. Which
means they support it. |

This is a dangerous assumption that is very wrong. They don't care about
winning. There is no money when a war is won. As Eisenhower said when he was
leaving office, beware the military industrial complex. Many of the players
wear uniforms with stars. |

美国军费高的最大问题是虚假价格，贪污太多
军队里的用品除非高精尖和武器，应该面向全美国甚至全世界公开招标，最后选择样品
质量最好，价格最合适的，而不是只从那些军火商采购。 |
