Their problem is they failed to protect elderly - which is already KNOWN to
have 20% death rate in February.
But the solution must be herd immunity (among young people).

中国放任疫情在本国扩大最多算次要原因。
但是各国都会睁着眼睛说瞎话，把锅扣在中国脑门上。这样做符合各国政府的利益。

I suggest China to invite an international investigation in order to deal
with the international pressure.
