accused the federal agencies of “unlawfully” impeding access to HCQ by
physicians who want to prescribe the drug to prevent or treat Covid-19.
The FDA, led by Obama-holdover Stephen Hahn, revoked its Emergency Use
Authorization (EUA) for HCQ in June, citing the risks of cardiac arrhythmia,
and severely tightening the EUA’s restrictions. The FDA now permits HCQ to
be administered only to patients in hospitals who are unable to join a
