question:
Does zhiyan = MJ(joeliu) or Zhifeng says, or Zhifeng's words?
Since most USTCers consider ourselves a big family, it's not a decent
behavior to
use multiple IDs in USTC board posting messages, especially for an argument
or persuading others to believe your opinion.
Since you were board members, you should know more than others. AFGB decides
what
to spend, just only one bookkeeper. "一人垄断财务" is a distortion of fact.
As long as it doesn't cost a penny. And no other 规范化管理 in the world is
better to disclose every dontation and expense in real name, real amount.
a 5th grader will know: income - expenses = balance.
All you need to do is just count the numbers and check the bank account
balance.
Do you need to spend tens of thousands of dollars to hire an accountant?
Is there a donor found his/her total donation to USTCAF not matching the
number in Af's website, or any complaints about money promised by USTCAF not
received in
past 15 years?
If the answer is no, that single guy must have done a SUPERB JOB guarding
USTCAF's money. I'd love to have him to "垄断" my own "财务".
