USTCAA-GNY is pleased to announce a Welcome-Reunion party to welcome new
brothers and sisters to join our USTC alumni family in the Greater New York
area. It is also an excellent opportunity to catch up with friends and enjoy
this beautiful weather. Please bring your family and/or significant ones to
this fall picnic event as well.
When: 11:00AM - 3:00PM, Saturday, September 29th, 2012
Where: Liberty State Park, Jersey City, NJ (see link below for map and

Food: Chinese buffet, fruits and beverages will also be served.
Online Registration Deadline: 10PM, September 24, 2012
Registration Fees:
* Before the deadline:
$20 for adults and kids over 12 years old
$10 for kids under 12 years old,
free for kids under 5
* Onsite registration: $30 (It is highly recommended to register online
before the deadline to give us better estimate of food supply.)

Note:
(1) We need your help with carpool. For those who have cars, we really
appreciate if you can provide carpool. Please indicate in the registration
form.
(2) If you have sports equipments that you could bring along, please note in
the registration form.
(3) Please do come early and on time as we want you to enjoy a fresh and
warm meal.
(4) In case of raining, the event will be postponed and we will send a
notice promptly. Please forward the email to other USTCers you know who may
not be in our mailing list (we have NFLB -No friends left behind policy).

We found the name in some people's Paypal account does not match with the
name in the registration form. Please DO indicate your name when making
payment at Paypal, esp. if the name in the Paypal account is different from
your name!
