有带washer & Dryer 最理想。面积在600sqft以上。价位在1000刀以下。（如何有性价
比很好的，价格稍高也可以考虑。） 最主要是希望交通方便，环境安全。再次感谢

高。 Emigration 价格不太亲民而且网上评价也一般。由于我没法实地看房，所以有些

shelter, nothing else to complain about. however I have never been bothered
by
the homeless ppls. very convenient location indeed, close to Trax stops (
free zone), and I generally walk everywhere.
Liberty Gateway is the brand new property under the same management opened
earlier this year. the interior definitely looks nicer than Northgate (built
in 2002).
