teachers in the summer. This year a Startalk Chinese Academy is newly
established parallel to Governor's Academies. This program will renew each
year during summer as are the cases with Governor's Academy. It will be held
between June 21 to July 13. The purpose is to provide the most talented
language students chances to fully immerse (German, French) or partial
