Richmond市2000-2010人口增长5%
Richmond市黑人人口占50%
Henrico County,VA (Glen Allen在Henrico 里） 前十年人口增长20%，
Chestefield County,VA（Midlothian 在Chesterfield Co里） 前十年人口增长30%

Richmond 中心城区犯罪率比较高，不建议居住
建议居住在Glen Allen, 或南边的west end (part of richmond city and Midlothian,VA)
Glen Allen 是全美100佳社区之一（Top100 best place to live),
这里有很多华人，老印，老白居住
房价也是地区最贵的，是Chestefield 的两倍
学区也比较好
Midlothian,VA 在Richmond 的西南部
大家印象学区不很好
但是在今年的Pesident's Fellow(全美杰出高中毕业生），
Glen Allen只有一个，Midlothian高中有两个（全美125名，VA 6名）
足见Midlothian高中教育还是很强的
Richmond City School 很差，每年高中毕业大概2个去VCU,一个去Univ of Richmond,所以不建议大家在这里买房
你在哪上学是根据你的property line 在哪个学区里，所以即便你在Glen Allen住，也要问清是属于哪个学校的。
