my coworkers said that gross LI RUN / Hua Xiao = profit%
everyone, (normal person) knows that it is wrong.
It should be P/Revenue = p%.
P/ Cost = the # looks better than the # from P/R
but our department has 3 people, 1 white, 1 blk (my manager), and me.
two of them saying that I am wrong.
Should I keep quiet or should I tell my boss.
I just got there for 2 months, and the owner is blak as well.
My boss is not accounting major. I even do not know if my boss understand
who is right.
I do not know why they are saying this, and each of them has been accounting
industry for more than 5 years. Our system has been set up by many people

I guess my manager hates me. VP talked to her last Friday, and seems she is
looking for another job. I did not want to hurt anyone :(

our system has been set up by many people, and some of them are CPAs. and I
do not know how they do their job.
such mistake is so obvious. and no one cares since the beganing.

So, right now, my manager is talking to other people behind my back.I can
feel that. but other still nice to be.
this is not good sign to me.
if my manager really does not know how to calculate profitability, should
should not be paid 6W+ mei nian.
1 thing I do not like my manager is she does know things, and she said she
knew. when you ask her, she make up sth and speak loudly, (chao han!) seems
she is telling a Zhengli.
She always print out things is not necessary to print, I hate she waste

the owner treat me very nicely, and now I do not have much experience yet.
