，现在都必须要预约了。
其次，我今天和老公从菲尼克斯开车去了NOGALES改签证，从F2到F1。但是告知现在不
能改签证了，只能RENEW以前的VISA。天啦，我的签证费已经交了啊，哪位高人可以指
点下把签证费要回来啊。
最后，贴上官方网站的消息，大家看看我理解的对不对。

如果来美后一直是F1签证, 上次是在加拿大renew的, 中间没有回过国, 这次要在TJ再
renew,难道不可以吗? 有类似情况的朋友能分享一下经历吗? 谢谢.
