发帖数: 1027 | 2 我觉得你应该是第2类吧。你以f1入境，然后在美国改成了h1b状态。但是具体签证的时
候面试你的VO也不一定认真执行，我也知道有在墨西哥签h1b签过的，上一次签证是从
中国获得的学生签证。你如果去签，得看运气了，运气好的话就给你签了，运气不好就
打回中国了。

发帖数: 207 | 3 建议你最好不要冒这个险。这个是有确切规定不符合条件的，考虑到成本（不仅是拒签
，还回不来美国），实在划不来，要碰运气也去加拿大碰。待在墨西哥可不是好玩的事

发帖数: 269 | 4 多谢诸位的意见，我已经决定放弃了。不过我还是去墨西哥逛了一趟，没有去签证，用
那个自动条例回来了。过关的时候就出示了一下驾照，搞得海关的家伙以为我是公民，
只问了带了出生证没有，我就递给他护照，然后什么问题都没有就让我回美国了 | y***o

is in Dec 2006. I went again in 2008 May and got it again.
But now the major concern is whether it is safe there due to the violence.I
planned to go, but not sure whether I should this time.
Which city did you go, was it ok? I am concerned about the safety there. Not
whether I can get visa.
So what's your plan now for the visa?

发帖数: 305 | 6 I am thinking of applying H4 visa in Mexico (for special reason, cannot wait
for USCIS'I-539 approval any longer), before that, it was H1. Is H4
considered different category from H1?
