lender insurance will defend it. So I know some loan officers themselves never
buy owner insurance. But since you need to only buy once, if it makes you feel
more comfortable, why not? just get regular one, some title company sells
enhanced owner title insurance - not necessary at all.
if you plan to refinance at no cost soon, you don't need one. cause the new
loan officer will cover it up for you.but you might end up a |
