there is an apartment building cross street from the NIST muddy branch road
entrance. quite some chinese live there.

However, There were some negative reviews
on apartment rating.com in2010, including robbery, noise, bugs etc. Any
comment on that?

发帖数: 67 | 11 I wouldn't go east of rt 28 if I were you. The school district is much
better if you are in the wootton cluster area or even the Quince Orchard
area.

I would live in the Rockville area - Woodmont Appartment is basically 60%
Chinese. It's only 10-20 minutes away from NIST and there's less traffic
going North.
I wouldn't apply for the government apartment - mostly hispanic in that
area and not that safe.
