想在附近找studio／one br apt， rent最好能在1200左右，或者1500 utitity全包也
可以。。。最好unit里有washer和dryer
那个apt building好一点啊？请大家指教！！另外大家都住rockville么？silver
spring怎么样？还有那个city 安全一点？

apt了。

其实1500 算是我能承受的极限了，能再便宜点绝对是好的！

(utility is less than $100, this is what she told me.)
She said this community (The Point) is very quite and safety.

As she told me that the apartments on the ground floor is cheaper than other floors.
