1. Assault Weapon Ban
1994年Assault weapon ban实施。枪击案数目出现平台。90-05长达１５年，每五年的
总枪击案数目保持不变。
2004年该法案在ＮＲＡ的大力反对下过期失效，2005－09，这五年枪击案数目增加一倍
多。
2. Gun Free zone
1994年校园成为Gun free zone，而90-94和95-99的枪击案数目一样, 2005年以后的井
喷式爆发和这个ＢＡＮ没有任何关系。 |

武器和全自动武器价格差别不大. 90年代以后到现在, 半自动武器价格有所提高, 但远
不是买不起, 可全自动武器大部分人确实是买不起了.
