不知道有没有这个必要？
另外，听说最早在过期之前6月交renew申请。不知道大家一般啥时候叫律师交？

发帖数: 1781 | 2 my personal experience: I had noticed HR 6 months in advance for the renewal
. they then kept delaying for sending the paper work and the checks to my
attorney till the last month. I then told my boss that without PP, I am
unable to drive to office to work because my driver's license is expiring
and I cannot renew it without official paper work to prove my valid H1b
status. this is finally end up with PP which my boss forced HR to do so.

You can continue to work for 240 days just with the receipt , as long as you
file the extension before your current expiration date
