不论是政治腐败，经济腐败，学术腐败，还是媒体腐败，归根结底都是：利益分配
的不公。
所以，腐败是：
核心：利益
手段：分配
结果：不公
纵观人类社会上形形色色的腐败，都可以用以上的标准来衡量。
问：腐败的根源是什么呢？
答：人性的贪婪，争利的本能。
所以，任何社会，任何时代，腐败是不可能避免的，也不可能根除。因为本能的人
性无法根除。各国所要做的就是尽力将腐败控制在合理的范围内（中国是大力打击腐败
，而美国是将腐败合法化）。
此外，各国的法律不同，所以腐败的标准也不同。在中国腐败人人深恶痛绝；在美
国，却有合法的腐败。
既然各国腐败标准不一样，所以有关腐败的国际排名也只能反映一部分实情，仅仅
可以提供参考之用。
实际上，当谈到腐败的时候，大家通常都自然而然地想到官场腐败。但本人坚信，
这个世界上最大的腐败是财富分配的不均，称之为“社会腐败”。所以，腐败和贫富差
距是紧密相连的。官场腐败只是腐败的一部分，因为如果就算一个国家官员都是两袖清
风，但社会贫富差距存在鸿沟，富人富得流油，穷人穷叮当（像99%运动那样；像美国
有超过100万的无家可归者等等），这个国家绝对是腐败到了根！所以，观察一个国家
真正的腐败是看财富分配，因为所有的腐败都跟财富有关，一个字：钱。
社会腐败（财富分配不均导致的贫富差距）的最大危害在于大家认为这不是腐败，
习以为常！
当然，这个社会财富是不可能均富的，那样就是大锅饭了。但一个良性的社会是应
该将财富分配控制在合理范围之内的。
美国的腐败是世界第一的，华尔街流氓可以贪污美国政府发行的所有美元长达数百
年，可见美狗国腐败世界第一名不虚传。
当美国人民刚要占领华尔街开展斗争，先被美国政府认定为恐怖主义，然后就被华
尔街资本黑社会血腥镇压了，美国人民怎么能不羡慕中国人民可以反腐败呢。
若论腐败美国货真价实世界第一；中国贪官排不上名次。
华尔街的贪污犯们可看不上这点小钱 ，他们要搞，就是要贪污数万亿美元，数十
万亿美元、数百万亿美元。这才是腐败贪污的世界第一呢。中国人是贪污腐败那是小把
戏。
很多人都骂贪官，痛恨腐败，恨不得扒贪官的皮，吃贪官的肉，喝贪官的血，熬贪
官的骨
应该的，谁不恨贪官呢，美国网友也一样的恨：
中国抓了军队的大老虎贪官，各大国际媒体很快进行了广泛报道。国外许多大网站
也及时跟进，转载相关新闻。由此引发国外网民热烈评论。例如，美国雅虎网该条新闻
下的评论就有一些评论会令国人感到震惊。
