发帖数: 26819 | 1 Easy. Just install a clean W2K on D or E, ignore winME and do not upgrade it
to W2k.
Then after installation, edit c:\boot.ini, get rid of winME and delete its
folder.
That's ALL.
But I recommend you keep WinME.
(1)MS does not allow a machine that has higher version of windows to install
a lower version of windows. So it'll be harder to install winME again on it.
I kept win98 on my computer although I have XP and 2003.
