an Adware removal. After setting static address, it can ping my home
router and other IP addresses in the Internet. But DNS service is gone,
even I configured the DNS server addresses and can acturally ping them
from the PC.
One suspicious thing is in the return of ping, the line of "Ping
statistics for 24.25.5.52" displays some funny chars where it is
supposed to display the IP address "24.25.5.52". This makes me suspect

use DHCP and run ipconfig -u.
