issue visa or not. but the length of visa and frequency of entry are equal for
both side.
you can complain to chinese government to set more barriers for americans who
seek chinese visa to even up the sentiment.
but on this topic, it's totally chinese government's fault. |

This kudos is to Chinese government for sure. Treat is a treat,
just between USA and China, it doesn't mean any other country
F1 can get this $5000 because of no standard deduction!! |

takes the offer back just because you wanna negotiate. They would
say no at worst. I believe every offer is negotiable, anyway it is
just my own thought. |

么，如果是在大公司的话，尽快搞清楚公司的组织架构，有哪些人会是你的counte
rpart,这些人怎么样，哪些人或者哪些senior是比较key的，哪些senior或者count
erpart不太受别人待见。
看看公司的culture是怎么样。当然学东西也要快，（不过这个咱们中国人都没啥问
题吧），有几次关键时刻可以让老板觉得out of expection，老板可能就对你另眼
相看了。。。

your salary. So if ther is no other issues, OPT is better for you.
You can only apply H1B visa 6 month in advance of the starting date.
If the lawer talked with you on May,1st, the earliest date he can apply
H1B for you is Nov,1st.
Once you start H1B, you could not switch back to OPT anymore. You cannot
do H1B stransfer before the its starting date. You can only apply a new one
if that's the case. |

这些人对你的career还有帮助，而新的offer也都下来了，就早点给notice吧，帮助
老公司transition，好始好终嘛
我离开上一个公司的时候，我觉得大概给了得有四个星期的notice，然后成天在吃
散伙饭，跟不同的同事。呵呵，还挺好玩的，因为原来的公司有个不成文的规定就
是如果以后我想回去的话，只要我没把他们太piss off了都是可以回去的。而原来
的公司又很大，以后如果换了地方或者回国还可以考虑。加上原来的同事也都有很
多industry contacts也想和他们保持联系。所以觉得走的时候还是给了老板他们很
多时间的。 |

。我当时心里一凉，我说“You did? I didn't"。然后他意识到我没有拿到，说漏嘴了
，然后赶快说"Sorry"之类的话。
我去年8月才来现在这个公司上班，我那同事已经在这个公司工作20年了，我老板之前
也跟我打过招呼一般要过了一年才有bonus，但最后由大老板定，也许我有，也许没有
。虽说有心理准备，还是挺心凉的。
今天就跟受气小媳妇一样，把以前受到的“不公“待遇都想起来了。我去年面试的时候
广告上说是200K（工作要求很多年工作经验，而且有可能是headhunter夸大了工资），
后来headhunter告诉我只有140K-160K，发Offer之前告诉我很可能只有120K，最后
negotiate到140K。negotiation都是跟猎头进行的，我也不知道我老板是否知道猎头打
的广告上写了200K。工作以后老板和大老板对我的业绩都十分满意，有一个project给
公司以后每年都能省上百万。我想对公司贡献这么大，多少会给我一点08年的bonus，
结果没想到一点也 |
