发帖数: 25 | 1 I had a big fight with my company's HR person. here is the story.
My boss asked me to provided doctor's documents in the future when I would
take sick time in the future. He said he was doing this because I took too
many sick time in the past year( PS, I had a surgrey last year).
I told him I had no problem to provide him, but I was wondering if he was
following company's policy. From what I know, company only require documents
when employee take 2 weeks sick time together in one incident. My bo |
