lower.
greater chance to meet almost all kinds of bugs in austin.
greater chance to experience earthquakes in bay area.
austin, a small peaceful town, little to explore.
bay area, crowded very much, noisy, near to mountain/ocean/basin/much more
a new house in austin is around 100k but easly goes up to 700k in bay area.
