employees to ~400 in the next 12 months. Yes, the goal is to conquer

如果你们需要招的是有工作经验的人，那么可以理解。
否则的话，今年H1B名额都还有，STEM的人就算申请明年的H1B也没问题，OPT也没有gap
。其实手续上H1B transfer和sponsor new H1B完全是一样的，应该也考虑后一种
candidate啊。
我不找你们这一行的工作，只是实话实说。
