我知道401k在60岁前取是要有10%罚款的，如果我过个几年就打算回国的话，是不是自
己就不用往里面放钱了？

vest is about when the match part will be yours. it normally comes with a
vesting schedule, like if yhou work for this company for 5 years, you'll get
100%, 3 years, 60% ... if you leave early, you get less.
