前段时间换了工作，以前的公司很大，是global的。
当时的老板人非常不nice，她在给我填employment termination form的时候，在left-
over vacation day那一栏填了0，但其实我有大概两周。HR说只能让老板去系统里改，
但是她不会帮我的。
现在的问题是，我没有给自己留下任何copy （email请假的信呀什么的），这种情况下
我难道就没有一点办法了吗？
虽然钱不多，但是遇到这种事情心里堵得慌，不甘心就让她为所欲为。

发帖数: 261 | 4 in your last paycheck. the company should pay you the unused vacation days.
Have you received it? If the payment doesn't include such days. suggest you
send a registered letter to the company's employee service/HR(a large
company should have such department) with the following three points and a
copy of your last paycheck:
1) you have two weeks vacation unused
2) you have already communicated with HR before you left the company
3) expect the payment within 2 weeks. otherwise you will seek legal assist.
You don't need provide evidence for things you didn't do(such as didn't take
the vacation days). Most likely the company will pay you immediately.
However, preparing to hire a lawyer who is willing to present you without a
fee up front.
You don't have much to lose, and the company has a lot. The legal fee is
easy over the two-week payment due to you.(yeah, lawyer does bill higher
hourly-rate than us...) |

发帖数: 7103 | 5 我以前公司的经验，如果有威胁公司要打官司，相关的东西公司至少要保存一年，同时
还要和相关的律师咨询。律师当然是按照最坏的可能性忽悠了。大公司的话还要估计公
司的形象。等等，这些损失加在一块，顶两年工资了。
