for 24 months (include tax). If break, the reset of month need to pay $20
per month.
But every month I was charged up to 45 even 65 so I called DTV (after around
4 months late since I signed the contract) and told that I only need the
basic package please charge me $30 per month. So DTV charged me less than $
40.
4 month later the charge was up to more than $40 per month again but it went
through 5 months after I recognized it because automatically deducted from
my Visa card. I felt no good and called DTV again and said I only need the
$30 package, no others.
Then DTV made the entire TV program in my home as pure advisement channels.
This happened at last October and that made me angry and made decision to
stop the contract with DTV. DTV said I need to pay about $90 for totally
ending the contract (the reset of 4 months fee) but I said no because you
had already over charged ( more than 24*30=$720) .
…..
Eventually, DTV employed a 讨债公司 to call 没有office everyday ask me pay
the $90 (some time in working hour and some time out of working time).
I can pay the $90 but I feel not fair to me. Furthermore, 讨债公司sent a
letter to my home and said if I did not respond or not pay $90, in 30 days,
my case will be sent to 信用机构。How should I do it to handle the case?
By the way, 讨债公司 always asked me my home address but I say I don’t know
you I cannot give you my home address but I can verify the address (yes or
no) if you speak it out and讨债公司says no that is not allowed by law. | G*******s

Complaint)，DTV一定会急着找你解决问题。所谓BBB,那是假的，

楼上的建议都错了。 马上找律师。
我类似情况这么做，开始也想破财消灾，
但没有用。 最后找了律师， 讨债公司赔了几千块。从此耳根清净。
建议立马投诉attorney general, BBB太客气。
电视公司更恶劣，是consumer fraud， 找律师让他赔你一大笔钱。

660.
790-660=$130 就是DTV 多收的。但DTV還要再收取90美元，这才是我气不过的原因，不
是舍不得这90美元。
