听听大家的意见：
我现在的工作一直都没有升职的机会，工作很累，老板也很差劲，就不打算干了。和老
板提了个他不能达到的条件，就在一个月前中止了合同。老板在合同终止后的一个月一
直在拖我，答应想办法给我新的职位，让我暂时帮忙，工资照付，其实是在面试新人。
最近我感觉不能再拖了，我也不再给他“暂时帮忙”了，老板就回话说我的条件无法满
足，但是这一个月的工资要克扣。让我交上这一个月工作的时间表。话说当时的协议是
合同工性质的，有工作我做，没工作我等，工资照付，不是看时间的。话说如果他们有
很多的工作，我也要做的不是。还有就是，根据最初的合同，合同中止日起，老板是无
权向我要回办公用品的（电脑，电话等等）。
现在的问题就是，我愿意归还办公用品，但是我要这个月的full pay.老板的决定是，
办公用品交回，工资克扣。按合同，我占理。但是，好像如果他那样要求了，我也没什
么好办法应对。我家人的意见就是，算了，几千块，要不了命，惹气不值得。以后可能
找工作要求他们帮忙，关系弄僵了不好。但是，单单我不愿意在那里工作，离开就已经
得罪他们了（他们不太容易找个我这样的工资低又合适的人）。
请问有什么好建议吗？ |

其实很简单，如果是全职员工，给州的劳工部门投诉。
如果你是self-employed, 就打官司，公司基本马上软下来。

office, it's reasonable for the employer to ask for time sheet. I am full
time and work in office, still need to fill in time sheet every week both in
my current job and previous.

if they did not ask for time sheet before, they are not supposed to ask
during last month.

Contractor needs to submit time sheet, full time don't.

She should be fired earlier.
She works from home and wants to keep company equipment
after stop working for the company, and also

contract very clearly-my job is assignment based.

办公用品的处理，一定要仔细读合同，不要犯错误。 |

we will continue to pay you under the contract we have with you until we
sort this out"-From the boss's Email.
