看到有一个职位，下面注明工资是多少，还说This notice is being provided as a
result of the filing of an application for permanent alien labor
certification for this relevant job opportunity. Any person may provide
documentary evidence bearing on the application to the U.S. Department of
Labor, Employment and Training Administration, Atlanta
请问上面这几句话是说这个职位是公司申请绿卡时打的广告吗？如果是的话，就是申请
