One of my co-workers is a successful “go-getter” who has an aggressive
problem-solving style. Another team member approaches problems more slowly
and quietly. My go-getter co-worker has been very vocal about how the other
person “irritates her” and says she cannot work with him. Could these
comments be considered discriminatory behaviour?
That is correct.
Your response was A. Yes, making comments about a co-worker’s approach to
problem solving is discrimination and harassment.
Your co-worker needs to be open to learning new points of view and realise
that everyone does not make decisions or understand the world as she does.
Her co-worker’s approach might be irritating to her, but if she is willing
to understand a new way of approaching problematic situations and
communicating, she might find that her team is stronger than ever. | a****l 发帖数: 8211 | 2 well, this is exactly why this training is needed.
