发帖数: 117 | 2 After first trimester, so quite soon. Reason being most people are safe
after first trimester from miscarriage, so it's more definite information.
Tell you boss first and say "I haven't told anybody else yet. But I'd like
to tell you first so you know what's coming". If you plan to work until
right before the baby is born, tell him that too. In other words, tell your
boss your definite plan, when to take off, how long u will stay home, etc...
Then announce the pregenancy at a team lunch, or if you have a few close
coworker tell them first then announce to others.

我觉得没有必要啊，等到4，5个月的时候，肚子鼓出来了，再和manager说就好了，as
you might have guessed, I will have a baby in 4/5 months, blah, blah...提前3
，4个月够他们plan的了。
至于同事，除非你们team关系比较紧密，女生比较多，否则，也可以等到能看出来的时
候，告知一两个近的女同事，其他的没必要吧。这完全是personal的事情。如果在一个
男生为主的环境里，谁care你怀孕啊。
当然，如果孕前期反应很重，需要特殊照顾，那是另外一回事。 |
