制其他小朋友，如何成为孩子王。“三岁见大，七岁见老”是很有道理的。
市场上有很多扯淡的 soft skills 训练，确实能在一定程度上伪装 leadership 的样
子，但仍然跳不出碌碌无为的挣扎。所以总是有很多平庸的领导，自己娇柔做作，也让
屁股底下的人难受。
生活，平安健康，能开心快乐就好。

时候，未必是大的角色才能体现能力。在技术领域来说，我很反感专走上层路线没有技
术背景的所谓的职业经理人。他们的短视与贪婪造成的悲剧实在是太多了。
我只见过猪跑，也许看法比较片面吧。
